CHEESE ROLLS

Cheese Rollls

Ingredients :
- 3 slices bread, sides trimmed -
- 3 tsp butter -
- 1/4 cup ricotta or cream cheese -
- 1/4 cup grated carrot -
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese -
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley -
- 2 tbsp pecan nuts, finely chopped -
- black pepper -

How to Prepare :
1. Flatten bread slightly with rolling pin and spread butter on the slices.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread on the bread leaving the edges. Roll up tightly.
3. Cut at an angle into 2 or 3 pieces each, trimming the ends.
4. Cover and refrigerate until required to serve.
